Welcome to the shopping area of the ISCE Group. Through this site you can purchase any of the products that the ISCE Group develops through ISCE Publishing and ISCE Events. Our shopping pages are divided into four main areas: Books, Journals, Software and Conferences. Each product-type is described briefly below:

ISCE Publishing produces a range of books from the Managing the Complex Book Series (which is published in conjunction with Information Age Publishing) to CDROM-based conference proceedings. In future we hope to republish seminal texts in complexity thinking that have gone out of print. An annual of the international journal Emergence: Complexity and Organization is also produced which contains all the papers that appear in a particular volume of E:CO without all the marketing material that appears in each issue of E:CO. These annuals are produced primarily for institutional subscribers, but are available to all those interested. ISCE Publishing produces one journal in its entirety: Emergence: Complexity and Organization. However, there are other complex systems-related journals that will be of interest to E:CO's readership. Currently, in addition to E:CO, we are able to offer the international journal Nonlinear Dynamics, Psychology and the Life Sciences (NDPLS). We are currently in discussion with other publishers so that we can offer individual subscriptions to other complexity-related journals, such as Complexity and Advances in Complex Systems amongst others.
We do stock limited back issue copies of E:CO. Please contact ISCE Publishing directly if you are interested in back issues. Alteratively, consider the E:CO Annuals which remain in print long after journal issues have sold out. The software available here is not for sale. It is provided free of charge for anyone who is interesting in exploring complex systems behavior. Much of the software that will be available will be intended to illustrate some aspect of nonlinear network dynamics. We provide this software particularly to help with the teaching of complex systems thinking. The freeware software offered will include tools for analyzing complex systems behavior, such as cellular automata, or networks, as well as short 'movies' that faciliate the visualization of the dynamical behavior of such systems. If you have written software as part of your research or teaching activities, and think others might benefit from using it, then please contact us and we will be happy to make it available to our customers. |  | Conferences
ISCE Events organizes a range of complexity-related conferences, workshop and seminars. When the calling notice for any events is sent out, those interested in attending can pay their registration fees here. On occasion, ISCE Events co-hosts and/or sponsors events and offers the main hosts the opportunity to have conference fees collected through the ISCE Shop.
